This is probably the absolute safest abortion process available simply does not involve any kind of procedures. This procedure has dangers that the other ones do not even get close to since the surgeon performing it will have to insert sharp objects into the uterus a number of times and work totally in the blind, not being able to see what happens. The surgeon is a highly trained professional so mistakes do not generally happen, but when they do the consequences can be dire.
